TEAM DOCUMENTS

Please download, print, and fill out the appropriate documents for your upcoming trip. This needs to be completed AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO the date the trip is scheduled to leave. When the forms are filled out, scan or take a (good) picture of them and email them back to info@sowersofthekingdom.com

All the forms that you will need plus some additional general trip information is now contained in one document. Obviously, not every person will need to fill out every form, but please take your time and ensure that you do fill out everything that we will need. (Children should check with their parents to ensure that everything is included and accurate.)
